Richard Moses did an outstanding job conducting my home inspection when I bought my home. He is detail oriented and took his time to inspect every inch of the house and property. The report was concise and extremely helpful in addressing issues that needed to be resolved prior to closing on the property. Had I not had a home inspection conducted, issues I was not aware of would have been missed and I would have had to bear the cost of repairs at a later date. Due to the services performed by Richard and the report he provided, I was able to negotiate with the seller to repair/fix all identified items at no additional cost to me prior to closing. I would recommend Rich's services and expertise to anyone who is purchasing a property and needs a professional inspection.

Rich inspected my 5 bedroom, 3 bath home including the pool, barn, 3 car garage and a radon test for under $600 ! He did a fantastic job, showed us all the stuff our other inspector missed explained the good as well as the bad and put my wife at ease because she had huge questions about flood zones, house lifting as well as some ideas for upgrades to the master bed/bath. All I can is wow, super job! :)

Very happy with Rich Moses's home inspection. He arrived on time, took the necessary time to review the house, was happy to have us follow him around and ask a million questions and was fair in his pricing. He was meticulous yet not an alarmist. The report was delivered to us by the next morning.

Single family homes start at $475.00* up to 4 bed rooms, one hvac system,one electrical panel, one water heater. Home inspection, Pest inspection, Radon testing $595.00
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work a little differently than your typical inspector I use voice recording technology to gather my notes . I start on the outside of the home and work my way inside, working from the bottom to the top.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
300 hour NJ home inspection class,46 field inspections in 30 days, one of 22 out of 1400 who were grandfathered in) yearly continuing education , certified master inspector, InterNachi member, over 35 years construction experience.
