Introduction: MaeWood Photography is unique in the fact that it is owned and operated by two best friends, Meg and Jes, following our passion for photography. Our hobby and love for photography grew into our co-owned business in the beginning of 2016. At MaeWood, we focus on documentary and photojournalist styled photos, capturing all of life’s important moments and personal milestones for our clients. From individual photos to group portraits, we are here to help! We want to provide you with photos that melt your heart and depict your journey through life with the people you love.
We love that we are able to work together in creative collaboration to infuse both of our styles into a cohesive photographic story about a given event/milestone/session/etc. At MaeWood Photography, you get not only two photographers, but two perspectives and vantage points that are then artistically blended together.

Megan and Jes were amazing. They made my family comfortable, confident and had a fun time while taking our pictures. Megan and Jes had great ideas for the pictures, our pictures came out fantastic, so many great ones to choose. Thanks, again for making our family pictures a memory, we will not forget

I hired maewood photography for a beach session. They captured some beautiful moments and some silly ones that I love so much because they are real! Jes and Meg are the kindest sweetest people and made me feel comfortable from the second I met them. They have so much experience and made me feel beautiful. Thanks girls :)

Maewood Photography did a fantastic newborn photo session with our twins. They were two of the most patient, creative, and easy going photographers. They really took their time to help us get the best photographs of our children. Being new parents we loved how dedicated they were to helping us capture the moment in time. We plan to use them again!

My husband and I had our first mini session with MaeWood Photography! What a great experience! Megan and Jess are both very talented. They have great personalities that help create a fun and relaxing atmosphere. I also received my pictures in a timely fashion and cannot wait to share them with family and friends. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for great quality pictures for any occasion. I will certainly be using them in the future.

Jess and Meg are absolutely amazing to work with and are both so talented! The mini session we attended had beautiful decor set up with lots of different scenery options that gave the photos a great touch. The quality of their photography and editing skills is outstanding. And you truly couldn't ask for two more genuine, thoughtful, wonderful people to work with. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
