- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending upon the complexity of your event, we can work by email to set up a simple event or you can come in to the restaurant to discuss your event, including sampling of items to offer for your menu and meeting with staff that will help you.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our clients include small local offices, family groups, receptions, large corporate meals and non-profit public fundraising events. We are versatile and can provide custom menus from breakfasts, casual luncheons, buffet meals, formal dinners to luaus.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently catered an event that featured foods sourced from the 8 northern counties. We really enjoyed locating the items and found that we already use many in our menu every day. It was for the Shasta Regional Transportation Agency and they really enjoyed having food items from each area featured in the menu for their evening.
