- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our customers needs are different. If we are just hauling away trash and/or items of little or no value we charge for labor and disposal fees. If the items to be removed have enough value we can do the job at no cost to you (we would resell the items to pay for our service). If the items to be removed have a higher value, WE WOULD PAY YOU (our customer) for the items and then we would resell the items.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After talking with any new potential client we can preform a free no obligation consultation and price quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed as a real estate agent in 1987, and as a mortgage broker in 1989 and as an auctioneer in 1997 we understand real estate. Most of our clients are realtors, sellers, new home buyers or homeowners looking to get rid of excess stuff. We know what buyers are looking for in a home purchase and can help you get your home ready for a new buyer.
