Jen's Private Yoga Instruction

Introduction: My personal yoga journey has been an interesting one, and I feel that it really led me to teach a well rounded yoga practice. Yes, it is a good stretch and can be a good workout, but there is also so much opportunity for mental growth and healing, and I like to incorporate that when creating a personal practice for my students. I love yoga. It has done so much for me, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to pass that knowledge onto others.
