- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have better payment options than any of our competitors. We accept all major credit cards, and have financing available for as little as $21/month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is typically: Test the water to identify any potential issues and contaminants. Ask the homeowner what they're looking for and what issues they are looking to address so we can prioritize and provide the most 'Bang for their buck'. Survey plumbing and potential locations for equipment to figure what installation will take. Provide multiple options to the homeowner and thoroughly explain the pros and cons of each so they can make the most informed decision possible. Schedule and perform the installation. Revisit the customer 2-3 weeks after installation to test the water, look for any issues, and answer any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 3 WQA certified installers and 3 WQA certified water specialists on staff. All of our technicians have completed the Robert H Paul Advanced Operation of Industrial Reverse Osmosis course.
