- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Life isn't standard so I strive not to be. I try to cater (no pun intended) to any situation. I like to work with my clients to determine budget and realistically create an approach that make everyone happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to gather as much information as possible before assuming any approach. Each person and each situation is unique. I like to treat a new customer as a new opportunity to learn.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life! lol I am mostly self taught but I have attended culinary school, trained with Whole Foods and I hold a ServSafe Food Managers Certificate.
