- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yep! We just charge per room, both at our Idaho and Utah locations. Standard pricing is $60 for the first room and $35/additional room for carpet cleaning. We generally have some good deals going on however, and we offer a TON of other professional cleaning services, so call us first!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The honest answer is we bend over backwards, everything from scheduling, to showing up within our 2 hour time window, providing the best cleaning experience you've had, leaving you with a pair of shoe covers, and then a follow up call a couple of days after the service to make sure you're 100% happy with the service we gave you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides our employees all being college graduates, or in college still, I was trained and certified by the IICRC and I also have my water damage certification. However, I wasn't real impressed by the technical training of these certifications, so all new employees get personal training with myself. I've cleaned thousands of homes and apartments and have seen it all. I only hire the most honest, clean cut, and genuinely good people that I can find. I hire the smile and train the skill:)
