In late August 2011, while our local area had faced a 5.8 magnitude earthquake and was facing the impending arrival of a hurricane, we returned home after a terrible storm to find multiple trees down; one across our entire driveway into our neighbors driveway and another smashed down through our living room spanning the entire length of our home, knocking some of our chimney down. The damage was devastating, enough to make us want to run and never look back, but with the direction and reassurance of All Star Painting, Inc. we were equipped to face the situation head on. Their professionalism and compassion was so relieving; putting us at ease every step of the way. The attention to detail was impeccable, making our house a home again and exceeding our expectations by leaps and bounds. They worked diligently with all their effort to get us back home, I know our extended family graciously housing us was appreciative too. I found during the entire process that their name speaks of itself; they were All-Stars through the entire process and hit our repairs out of the park! Thanks Luke, Becky and your entire crew!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted by a potential customer, we coordinate a time convenient for both parties to meet and assess the work to be completed, at no cost to the customer. From there, we prepare a proposal to reflect the scope of work discussed with pricing. We will then follow up to ensure receipt of our proposal, and to answer any questions the customer might have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Virginia licensed and insured Class A General Contractor.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with homeowners, custom home builders, commercial clients, and real estate agents.
