At Tri-Cities Phone & PC Repair, we stand behind our work. You're not just paying for a service, you're getting top notch customer service, technicians who take the time to work with you to make sure you're getting what YOU need, not what gets us the most money, and we stand behind it with our warranty. All tablet and phone repairs (barring water damaged devices) come with a lifetime warranty to guarantee against defects. This does not cover breakage, water damage, or consumables like batteries. Computer repair comes with a one year warranty on parts and a 30 day warranty on software.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an all-star team! Our owner, Justin, has been working with computers for nearly 30 years. Next up is our head technician, Stephen, who has been a phone technician for nearly a decade. Jeff is our star printer technician and can repair phones with the care and precision it takes. Cheyenne is our store manager, bringing 10 years of customer operations to the table to make sure you get top notch service. Finally, Austin is our service writer. He's new to the tech world, but thrived at Tri-Tech and is excited to keep learning.
