Introduction: I graduated Eastern Kentucky University in 2014 with a Bachelor's Degree in Fitness & Wellness Management. Unlike some trainers who get certified in a single weekend, I have taken the longer route to make sure I have the knowledge to help you with your fitness goals. I am also a professional mixed martial artist, a certified Muay Thai Instructor under the Thai Boxing Association of the USA, and Brown belt in 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu, so if you are interested in learning martial arts for self defense, or to build upon an already existing skill set, I can be of service there! I love being able to help someone achieve their goals. Whether it be to improve their overall fitness, a specific area related to their fitness goals, or to help someone along their martial arts journey.
