FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair in my pricing, just like I want to be treated fairly when I have a needed repair that comes up randomly. I charge 69/hr to a new customer, with no added service call fee, no matter where you live in my service area. Estimates for system replacement are free!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself, answer any questions they may have, then I try to get to the heart of the issue. Many times, a repair has many facets, or contributing factors. It's important to address the root cause, not just the symptom.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I became a master electrician by the time I was 19. After many years of electrical work, I decided to learn something new, refrigeration and hvac, getting licensed in both. I enjoyed the challenge, and was able to use my electrical troubleshooting skills more often. I've been trained on many types of cooking equipment repairs also. I became NATE certified several years ago and have attended countless training classes on a variety of subjects.
