Shannen Tune is one of the easiest people to work with, he was understanding and accommodating at all times. Shannen provided a liquid nitrogen ice cream (and brownie) station for my wedding reception and it was a big hit! I highly recommend him to anyone & everyone for their events.

My wife and I are always looking for a great breakfast / brunch restaurant in Houston, however when we try new restaurants, we are usually disappointed. We decided to book Dining with the Tunes catering service for a event at our house for a brunch. And boy are we glad we did. We love breakfast, and it was one of the best breakfasts we've ever had. The chef's prepared fried game hen and waffles, banana bread French toast, a tasty hash topped with eggs and homemade Hollandaise sauce (our personal favorite). The chef's also prepared appetizers, and of course, mimosas!! We will absolutely book this catering service again for future parties, events or even a special romantic dinner!

What an amazing catering service and will definitely do it again! Craft Burger catered for a baby shower and wow what an amazing display and buffet! From burgers to the fries to the lamb poutine, to top it all you get exceptional service! Thank u!

Great service is hard to come by, but Craft Burger not only provides fantastic and efficient service, their food is unmatched. Chef Shannen Tune knows his stuff and I value each opportunity that I have to utilize his (and team) services!

Shannen saved me from having to make Thanksgiving dinner for my whole family this year! Everything, from the giant roasted turkey to the cranberry sauce made from fresh cranberries, was delicious! Shannen delivered a huge meal to my home and then stayed to carve the turkey for us. It was a lot of fun to meet him and everyone really enjoyed the food and two desserts he prepared for us. Thanks, Shannen!

Being that most menus are custom are prices vary. We have a menu for most budgets.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we arrange a time to discuss a custom menu. Afterwards depending on the menu we can do a tasting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a culinary degree from Johnson and Wales University. I also have over 17 years working in 4 and 5 star hotels all over the country.
