- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide some package deals although some custom made items are not included and are individually priced. We will discuss them!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Party Planner will meet with or have phone interview with Customer to gather information about event including theme colors, decor, location of interest and more. - Party Planner will research venue, decor materials, etc. to complete price quote for customer - Party Planner will then meet with customer a second time to review contract and secure deposit. - Party Planner will perform services on scheduled day and time agreed upon between customer and Party Planner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
