I (We) are very reasonable & will work with you with your budget., up to a point..! -We won't over charge..... -however we won't work for peanuts either. With the economy fluctuating with materials ., our prices had to adjust but mostly stayed the same for most work. Because We take Pride & Dignity in our work. We offer written WARRANTIES on ALL our work.. on our receipts. :) For some reason I get a kick out of seeing customers get Ecstatic after we repair a outlet, switch, light fixture etc... that hasn't worked in YEARS..! -or we remodeled / rehab a old basement or attic & turned it into living space.. It's refreshing 😁😁

Junction box & celing fan installation. Cortez & his guy were on top of it. Troubleshot it, cut a hole to install a junction box and then were easy to schedule a couple days later after the drywall guy repaired the necessary gap. Solid.

The owner was excellent at trying troubleshoot the various electrical issues I had and then break the project into chunks so to save me time snd money. Also this company works on all types of projects and contracts with carpenters, plumbers, and such who will be able to help me with other projects. I enjoyed his energy and his concern about resolving the issue. I will continue to use their service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are reasonable compared to others. especially since I don't have any employee or much overhead. We offer senior discounts., an any CHICAGO BEARS fans..
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My approach is the same with new an old customers... to be professional and treat them like family.. I always try to save my customers money.... a lot of So-called contractors come in and say the customer needs hundreds or even thousands of dollars of work.. and they don't.! **Most of the time is just a quick fix.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with honors from Clements trade school in Morgan Field KY. in 1993. (It has since changed name) I worked in LOCAL 134 in Chicago 1996 - 2000., Started my business in 2000. I received my GC license in 2010
