- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Minimum price is $125. Depending on the size of the house and how many photos are delivered, and average shoot runs around $200. Once photos are edited, an invoice will be issued. Once payment is received photos will be delivered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally the process is very simple. Once the home is clean, tidy and read to shoot we will schedule a time, sometimes depending on where the sun is facing. I will arrive and set up, a regular shoot can take about 60-90 minutes. I edit all the photos at home and deliver them via DropBox or Google Drive within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Policy, with a minor in Anthropology. I then attended Graphic Design school and received an Associates Degree. I have always had a knack for photography and an obsession with real estate. This line of work combines my passions with my skills, and has proven to be successful!
