FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing is the same in photography and every client wants something different, so I offer customized quotes. I have a day rate for commercial clients needing commercial or food photography, but even then there are stylists and assistants I have to include in quotes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send an agreement or contract to the client. They complete it, then sign and email back. As soon as I have the agreement and retainer (50% fee), then I put it on my calendar and I'm booked. After the shoot and editing, I email a gallery link for review. If everything is ok, I'll add a download button if digital images are included and the clients can download directly from the gallery at no cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years experience in photography and a business degree.
