Tyler and Zack did an exceptional and fast job at cleaning up our leaves and we had A LOT of leaves! They use a zero turn with a leaf removing attachment and back pack blower so the process only took about an hour. Also, they are fast with responses on arrangements.

Never showed up to do the work despite scheduling at least two appointments. Failed to communicate in time, and didn't communicate at all after he failed to show up the second time. Rescheduled for better weather and failed to show up during the better weather.

Plenty of communication; Tyler reached out often for scheduling, and to let us know about breaking a belt unexpectedly. Leaf removal was a big job, and took a couple days due to the belt break. In the end, the lawn is in good shape for winter.
