Ashley made a lemon cake with cream cheese frosting for my best friend's bridal shower. It was better than I expected, and I already knew what she was capable of from working with her. The cake was moist and delicious, and the decorating made it look too good to eat!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I heard my husband's boss complaining that he forgot to order a cake for valentine's day, although we were completely booked, I took some extra time to create a beautiful cake for him and his girlfriend and surprised him with it! his reaction was priceless! it was a rose scented vanilla cake shaped like a big beautiful heart!
