- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a new customer, we take down all of the information needed which includes a contact name, email, phone number, and address. We then try and learn a little bit more about your driveway/ parking lot. Once all information is taken and we have information on the lot and have looked at it, you can expect a free estimate.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with many types of customers. Most of our customers care about the health of their asphalt driveway/parking lot and want to maintain it. They care about the curb appeal.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a company to sealcoat your driveway, we urge you to ask them about the type of sealer they use. Coal tar could be in their sealer which has been noted as very harsh on the environment. Back to Black Driveways uses an asphalt emulsion sealer that is coal tar free.
