Great work outs. They have great trainers but didn't work with my schedule. They weren't able to negotiate anything with me as they said that they would in the beginning. I ended up wasting money.May 19, 2016VerifiedKibria G.'s reply

Kibria and staff did exactly what they said they would. They first did a thorough analysis of my current state and created a plan tailored specifically for my needs. I have been going for 2 weeks and have been feeing stronger and confident.Feb 20, 2016Verified

Outstanding place, I went in tight with limited range of motion. After working out with Kibria and Joe, my hips feel loser, my shoulders have more range of motion, and my legs/ body feels stronger after all the unconventional trainingDec 21, 2015
