I had a cracked thermopane window (fairly large, about 42"x42"). I choose Conrad because his quote response had detailed follow up questions that clearly showed a level of interest and knowledge that the other responses did not include. Besides doing an excellent job extracting the broken window and installing the new one, the things I appreciated most about Conrad was his flexibility, his accessibility (constantly kept me updated with texts/emails, answered all my questions), professionalism/thoroughness, and friendliness. He was honest about what he was comfortable doing and priced very reasonably as well. Will definitely work with Conrad in the future for any window/glass needs.

Conrad was prompt, extremely precise in his work, and very reasonably priced. He came out in the morning, gave me a quote after looking around and spent hours painstakingly reglazing the original 1940s windows without leaving so much as a scratch. He does fantastic work and will be my go-to for any glass or window work in the future.

Chicago Glass / Conrad is an experienced and reliable one man crew! Would rehire for future jobs. Did glass replacement on 4 windows in an expensive north shore home faster and cheaper than competitive bids. No need for two a man crew with scaffolding when Conrad can do it by himself with his ladder. Well done.
