- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to work with my customers needs. I'm always offering seasonal specials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For wedding photography, I offer a free bridal consult. I like to sit down with the couple and find out what their expectations are and exactly what they are looking for, how long they will need me for and what their photography budget is. This is where you dont want to skimp but I also want it to be affordable. I adjust my rates accordingly. I go over the contract and answer any questions they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Taken photography classes. I still take them and look for any opportunities to improve.
