I ant say enough good things about the gentlemen that helped us load the truck... not only were they the nicest and most respectful group of guys, they were quick, thorough, worked well together and accomplished he job in the allotted time and with little to no damage. Highly recommended

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we have a standard pricing system. Please advise we charge a rate of $119 per hour for 3 professional men. $75 per hour for 2 professional men. Packing material does vary but is optional (Boxes etc) A one time truck fee of 75 dollars.. This includes our diesel expense to your location and back to our office. Most companies will fix this price in with their rate but not us we like to be upfront with our customers ...
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Max movers loves the opportunity to work with new customers to help spread the word of our business ethnics. We offer anywhere between 5-15% discounts and coupons from $15-$50 depending on the season and hours of the Job We are looking forward to working with you and alleviating you of the normal moving stress most people may encounter....
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I myself has been in the moving industry for 14 years. I developed the neccessary skill set to complete any move no matter the complexity from start to finish. I personally have trained my employees to be courteous, quite and easy going no matter what the job function entails. There is a certain manner to put padding on the furniture with unique folds applied with tape to prevent surface scratches. Sofas are shrink wrapped to prevent damages. Glass and fragile items will be handled based upon itself..Just leave it up to us!!!!!! We will prove our quality of Work skills...
