Introduction: Counseling is often needed to get through the “rough patch” that many individuals, couples, and families experience. Relationships between family members and/or partners can cause stress, which can lead to other complications. By reducing stress and improving the relationships, stress will be relieved leading to a calm environment and increased happiness. Since no one fits into a box, I employ different modalities to fit for the each and every client. My goal is to have happy, mentally healthy people leave my office. I am a Marriage & Family Therapist and have a Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. This sets me apart from the many Mental Health Counselors who have a certificate in Marriage & Family Therapy. I have more education and experience focusing on couples and families, making me a great choice to help you in your time of need. Helping people overcome those tough times in their lives is what I enjoy most. A relationship is one of the most important parts of life, be it with family or a partner.
