Hired on Thumbtack

The initial bid and meeting was very good. Josh is personable and eager to please. Unfortunately, it fell apart when the installation began. There was acknowledged need for follow up and additional work, Sparrow Sealcoating has not returned , even after three personal communications. It is frustrating to find what you think is a solid new contractor only to have them act and behave like the worst of contractors.
