- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Regarding Pricing: We are a high-quality, experienced, dynamic and professional band playing events in Western and Central New York. Prices for a Corporate Event or Festival range from $900-$2800. Popular 6-hour packages for Wedding Receptions range from $2800-$4000 and include DJ/MC services, etc. Similar bands (in this elite echelon) cost $1000-$3000 more than us. This makes us an amazing "value", but with ALL the quality and professionalism you deserve!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is no standard process. Clients contact us weeks in advance of an event...or YEARS in advance in some cases. The timing certainly changes how we proceed. Some clients are in town, others live out of state. This also changes how we proceed. Ideally, a phone call early on in the process is highly productive and saves everyone involved a lot of time and potential for miscommunication. Coming out to see our band LIVE and meet us is a critical step I always suggest, yet it is not always feasible for out of town clients or clients looking to book in emergency scenarios. In summary, calling is best, but online media (pics, song lists, audio, video, etc) all exist as well and we are always available via email or messages if that is desirable to a potential client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 10 years of wedding experience as a band and each member has roughly 20 years of PROFESSIONAL performance experience, individually.
