My workouts combine elements of aerobic and anaerobic exercises.So you get the best of both worlds. We will also work on clean eating habits. With the proper diet coupled with proper excercise you will maximum your time and effort. Exercise and eating properly has been a huge part of my life. When I was in college playing football as well as the professional football I would be at my best when my diet and exercise where aligned.
