Quick response time. However, what needs improved upon is full completion of the project. It became out of operation. He came back. I ended up replacing the toilet. I did have more than on my original request he repaired and I paid. However, the full completion of the project and complaining the work was menial doesn't help the customer view point. Attach are pics were he ran out of caulk. If you need something fast, he will respond. However, make sure their is detail communication if new is recommended have that conversation before the work is started.
