- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We calculate down to the penny exactly how much our service costs with a spreadsheet that accurately crunches the numbers based on the dimensions and measurements of your project. As always, our estimates are 100% free and the price we quote is the price you pay. We don't tack on extra charges or hidden fees. If we estimate your project too low, then it's our fault and you as our client should never pay for our mistakes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's important to develop a trusted relationship with all our clients. We'd love to speak with you personally on a short phone call to address any concerns you might have about our company. We'll then setup a free consultation to discuss your options and answer any lingering questions you have. Transparency is our policy, so we try our best to avoid gray areas. We take great pride in our work and we hope that is shows through our level of professionalism!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees are trained via informational video, and also through hands-on training. We actively recruit experienced painters to join our company, while also training apprentice painters from the ground up.
