- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Investment Let’s make this easy: Hediona Photography sessions are flat rate and all-inclusive…meaning one price gets you the session + full resolution digital files delivered to you electronically for immediate download via Dropbox. You do NOT have to choose between a 5×7 and an 8×10 of an image. You do not have to choose between images at all. Nice, huh? Clients generally anticipate spending around $500-$1,000 for the session itself, the digital negatives on CD, and various boutique items for display. Photography sessions are offered on location of your choosing such as a favorite local park, playground or attractive urban setting within 25 mile radius of Hartford, CT. (see Locations list for suggestions). Newborn baby sessions are held at the studio or comfort of the client’s home. Session fees: Newborn Sessions – $375 for up to 4 hours at studio. Maternity Session - $275 for up to 1.5 hours. Family Sessions – $274 for up to 1.5 hours and 5 subjects. Senior Portrait Session- $300 for up to 2 hour. Extra Travel Fee- $40 if location is outside the 25 mile radius of Hartford, CT. Session fee includes: Pre-session phone and/or e-mail consultation Time and talent of your photographer Artistic editing of images from your session 25 Edited high-resolution images for instant download Session fee does not include any prints and products. 50% of the session fee is due at booking, is non-refundable, and the remainder of the fee is due 1 week before your scheduled date for the session. Within 4-5 weeks of your session, you will receive an e-mail containing the link for immediate download of your High-Resolution images. Hediona Photography retains the rights to all images. Images may not be altered or edited in any way. Cash, personal check, and credit cards are accepted. Session fees and all product orders are subject to 6.35% CT state sales tax. Shipping and handling fees may apply. Gift Certificates are available.
