I have been using AEM Financial Services for my tax needs for three years now. Ashleigh (the owner) has always been professional and courteous during all of our interactions. Her response time has been impeccable, she typically responds to my phone calls or emails within 24 hours. She has also gotten our returns done in less than a week. Ashleigh always makes sure to follow up several weeks after the return has been filed to make sure we have received our return and all of our questions and concerns have been answered. My husband and I will be continuing using AEM Financial Services in the future. I would recommend AEM Financial Services to anyone who needs tax preparation or bookkeeping services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have two pricing models: an hourly rate and a fixed monthly price. I work with the client to determine which pricing model will better suit their needs and save them money.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am big advocate of sitting down with a new client and just talking. I feel that getting to know the person, how they think, how knowledgeable about their finances they are, how they business works and what they need helps me determine the best course of action and best way to help them achieve their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in accounting. I am currently working on my CPA and my Chartered Global Management Accountant certifications. I have been in the accounting and tax preparation fields for over 10 years.
