Introduction: I became a hypnotist when I was still having issues with my weight after gastric bypass and the counselors I was referred to did not help me. I now work with individuals that are not able to move forward in their life. I help my clients to understand what and why things from their past are holding them back in life. I know what my clients are going through since my gastric surgery over 15 years ago. I offer a program called "Bariatric Surgery to the Mind". I tell my bariatric clients that the doctor changed your stomach size but no one has helped to change your mindset. My practice isn't just limited to smoking sensation and weight loss but so much more. I am certified in Alchemical Hypnotherapy which means I bring in guides (Higher Power, Inner child, Inner Healer, etc.) to help to heal from childhood issues like neglect, abuse by revisiting and those memories and dealing with them as an adult now. I find it very satisfying when a client leaves my office with the answers and the knowledge for the reason they came into my office. It's almost like the light bulb is turned on (with the client) to see that the subconscious mind held onto a memory that might have bothered a 4 year old but now that they are older it doesn't mean the same.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At this time my prices are $125.00 a session. I also have packages that most individual benefit from due to needing more than just one session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients call me for a FREE "Get Acquainted" call. I then schedule them in the next available opening. I might send them information to complete and send back to me prior to their appointment. Once in my office we discuss the issue to be resolved and I explain how hypnosis works. Then I hypnotize the client and work on those issues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained as a Holistic Health Counselor with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I have a certification for acupressure with The Acupressure Institute in Berkley CA. I am a Certified hypnotist with The National Guild of Hypnotist and with Alchemical Hypnotherapy. I have trained with Lisa Zaccheo, David Quigley, Don Mottin and other hypnotist in my field.
