I hired them to come out and replace damage done by the hurricane on our garage/shop. They had to make repairs to the roof and overhang, as well as, all interior water damage that occurred. They started on the day we had scheduled it for and were punctual each day!!! They go above and beyond, very professional and a keen eye for detail. When they completed that job we got on their schedule for two more jobs. They've replaced our fencing and are now in the process of a bathroom addition. I highly recommend this company and will call them for all future projects.

I highly recommend Curtis and Amanda and their company Adventures in Home Repair! They are fantastic and go over and above to make sure you are satisfied!
Their prices are very reasonable and they do quality work in a timely way. I hired them to install new windows and also new vinyl siding.
The exterior of my home looked so good I also had them redo my bathrooms with beautiful new ceramic tile and new bathtubs. My bathrooms look fantastic now!
I also had them build a screen porch for me which is awesome!!
My home now looks amazing and I am so grateful to them for all of their hard work!!
I am hoping to hire them for more jobs in the future!
Update: I received and accepted a quote from Amanda and Curtis for fixing my fence and installing a Gazebo in my back yard.
I gave them a $900.00 deposit for the work (half of the quote for the job). I decided after a few weeks of actually living in my home that the fence did not need repair and my backyard was too crowded for the gazebo.
I asked Amanda and Curtis to refund me the $900.00 and they said they would.
I had waited for many weeks and after asking repeatedly I did receive a check for $900.00 from Amanda, a check that was no good.
I am disappointed as they had done a lot of work to my home and I believed they did a good job. I am hoping that they will refund me the money as they said they would.

I had "Adventures in Home Repair" (Amanda and Curtis) build a deck in my backyard. I thought going into it, that this would be a relatively quick process. Well, thoughts can be deceiving. However, Amanda and Curtis took care of EVERYTHING. I did not know about all the permits that were required when you have a septic tank in your backyard. There were many loopholes that had to be completed before the deck was even started. Through every loophole they had to complete and jump through, I was never left in the "dark." I knew everything that was going on at all times b/c of the excellent communication. I received an email almost every day from Amanda, explaining what was going on and the time constraints with the county and septic and health department. After all the loopholes the deck is amazing. It is exactly what I had imagined in my head for it to look like. I can't thank them enough for the attention to all the details (and there were a lot of details). They took everything in stride, and I really can't thank them enough. My deck is perfect, safe for my kids, and a great addition to my backyard. I will be calling them next year, when I decide on the next backyard project.
