- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give free estimates and will always give you a fair price for the quote. I also give my customers a option to pick their favorite/preferred cleaning product of their choice for me to use when I come clean for them at no extra cost. I have alot of customers that appreciate me offering that option to them. I want my customers to be happy with my services that I offer to them and thats one all my customers love about me cleaning for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I send a customer a quote on the job/cleaning services they are requesting, if a customer accepts my quote, I give them my contact information. I am willing to work with customers on any price quote that is fair for us both. My main goal of working is making sure all my customers are left happy with my work, to me that gives me the drive of running my own small business. I also wanted to share with my customers that a percentage of their money that I receive from finishing a job, goes to ALS and Breast Cancer Foundations. My husband had ALS and fought 5 years and recently passed in January 2017 and I am a 2 time breast cancer survivor myself and its important to me that I help out in anyway I can and so at the end of the year the percentage that I keep aside from each of my cleaning jobs I split in half and donate to the ALS foundations and Breast Cancer Foundations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out cleaning for my husband Scott who was a general contractor and I would clean his new construction homes and other builders in the wilmington area, My customers were very happy with my work and I enjoyed doing the work and it was very satisfying after I was done with each job to see the work I did and to see my customers impress and pleased with the work I did for them, thats how I started my own business, Morgan's Maid Service LLC.
