I used J & J Staffing to help with employment. The name of the representative that assisted me was Joanne. I was unsure of the expectations and hiring process of the firm I was applying. Joanne had the contacts and experience to help with this procedure. She was very informative and helpful at all times. Feedback was given and all my questions and concerns were addressed. Joanne walked me through the interview process letting me know what to expect, what was to take place and what the process would be like. This groundwork made me feel very confident going in and I know that it assisted in getting me hired. After I had a signed offer, Joanne reached out to congratulate me and to see if I was in need of further guidance. The service that she provided was exceptional and I feel that I would not have been as successful in my employment process if it were not for her. I highly recommend J & J Staffing for anyone searching for a new job. I was at a crossroads in regards to my career. I had worked for the same company for over 15 years, when they went through a massive lay-off. I was part of that lay-off. I turned to J & J Staffing for Career Coaching and truthfully, I would have never found my next position, if not for them. I had the privalage of working with J&J staffing for 4 years when I was a Regional Sales Director for a pharmaceutical company!
