- How did you get started doing this type of work?
This story is a little funny. A landlord wanted to keep my deposit to clean the carpets. I rented a commercial carpet cleaning machine and cleaned it myself. While I had the machine I cleaned friends and family carpets. I loved working on flooring. I went and received training and certifications. I also worked for other companies to learn. It has been over 20 years since then and I still enjoy working with flooring daily.
