What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is $90 an hour, no hidden fees.. All parts and chemicals are added charge. No other charges for inside NWA. Outside NWA a drive charge may be added.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very standard process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified by most all major pool and spa equipment companies. I also attend periodic classes throughout the year to keep up on new products and technology.
