- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For private vocal or instrumental lessons, I charge $50 per hour long lessons and will charge at the beginning of each month. For recording and production, I typically charge $150 per song. That number may change after assessing the needs of your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is different for each person who walks through my door. A vocalist is going to have different needs than a guitarist, and I tailor the experience to suit the individual musician's goals. Having said that, I do always end each session with some goal setting. We will set a vision for where you'd like to be in a year (2 years, 5 years, 10 years), and set smaller weekly goals to effectively and efficiently move your towards your big-picture goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Music degree from Columbia College Chicago where I focused on vocal and guitar performance, songwriting, music business, and recording techniques.
