Contacted John and received a response right away. Met in person for a quote, and was able to get squeezed in 2 days out due to our tight timeline. I found John to be honest and trustworthy; he recovered 2 old wallets with some money and personal info in it during the clean-out. His crew was also super friendly and, most importantly, FAST! They cleared out my storage rooms quickly and left the rooms empty and broom-swept. I had considered renting a rolloff dumpster and doing the job myself over a period of 3-4 days, but I’m so glad I went with John. They were done in 2hrs flat and even disposed of a BUNCH of electronic waste at Perimeter Rd that would have taken me multiple trips to do myself (e-waste prohibited on dumpsters). Money well spent. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough how happy I am to have found John’s Clean Outs and Property Preservation, inc! He was extremely helpful, efficient, and thorough! We had just recently moved and accumulated way too much junk living in one place for 10 years. We had filled our garage with all this stuff & garbage and needed it gone! This was my first time ever using thumbtack for anything and I am SO glad I did. I sent my request out, John contacted me within a few minutes, and then job was done the very next day! I have already referred John’s Clean Outs to other people and we plan to use him again in the near future.

We needed some furniture removed. I contacted John and he got back to me quickly. We agreed on a time and he arrived on time and moved the items out of our home quickly and with no damage to the house. Working with John was a pleasure. Price quoted was fair for the work. We would not hesitate to use his services again.

Had a rough experience with another provider. He came over quickly and provided an estimate. He was in constant communication and set up a date and time. John along with his crew worked very hard throughout the day even added some painting and etc. Highly satisfied and recommend him.

John and his crew got rid of an old upright piano for me, along with a great deal of other stuff. He was very professional, curteous and helpful. His price was very reasonable. I am very impressed with the way he does business and would highly recommend his services to anyone that might need them. I give him 5 stars but deserves at least 10!

No standard pricing every request is unique. It is always nessasary to meet the customers and evaluate the request together.

Meet and greet face to face is always preferred. Provide our credentials to the customer and reveiw the task requested. Establish expectations and a timeline.
