I hired Dana to consult with me about a prospective service dog. Dana was efficient and knowledgeable in her assessment, and she conducted herself professionally. Dana not only understood the criteria for becoming a service dog and how to assess them, but she also had a great understanding a dog physical limitations; she assessed for physical as well as behavioral suitability. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
