- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bill by the hour because my experiences have shown that to be the best deal for my clients. You'll only pay for time worked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a phone consultation and offer a rough quote based on questions I ask during the consultation. If an in-home walk through is needed I schedule it during the initial phone consultation. After getting an idea of what the client's needs are, I design the system or offer suggestions for products. Then I create an estimate and email it for approval. After the estimate is approved I schedule the installation. After the installation I give thorough instructions on how to use system and I typically follow up within 2 weeks (depending on the complexity of the system) to see how things are going and answer any questions that may have arisen.
