- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If a piano is already on location it must be recently tuned or I will arrange for it for an additional $165.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discussing what their goal is for their event and determining repertoire selection, special requests in advance, will I need to provide all equipment, is there shelter in event of rain.
