We have had the worst luck with plumbers -- with 2 companies that no called no showed and 1 that did a half crap job as we moved into a new home. After more than a week with no laundry, John came to the rescue. He was prompt, responsive, got us taken care of quickly, fixed the crap the previous guy did, and we are finally satisfied. We won't be using any other plumber for any future needs. Thanks, John!

Scheduled my project to begin on a Monday. On that Monday, he called 30 minutes before he was to start to tell me he couldn't make it, we rescheduled for Tuesday. Tuesday morning comes, I text to confirm and he confirms, then he is a no show and sends me to voicemail when I call him. Pretty disrespectful, the least someone can do is call to cancel.
