- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is divided into two plans. A single use plan and a six month plan.The single use plan is $59.95, the six month plan is $199.95 Call us for a free consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The way Your Tech Support Guy provides tech support by making a connection from our computer to yours. Once the connection is established, Your Tech Support Guy can work on your computer just as though we were there on-site with you. Your Tech Support Guy can then run utilites and diagnostics to tell us some of the things that may be wrong with your system. Your Tech Support Guy will also use his expertise in problem solving to locate and remove the offending software. After Your Tech Support Guy is done with your system, we will show you the results of our efforts, if possible. Your Tech Support Guy will then turn your system back over to you. Once the connection is terminated Your Tech Support Guy can no longer control your computer without your express permission. Your Tech Support Guy will be ready to provide you with help the next time you need us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Company was founded by a former IBM certified Senior Software Engineer with over 30 years experience in providing tech support for both large and small customers. Our company is dedicated to providing the highest quality customer service possible. We will make every attempt to solve your problems and explain what we did and how we did it. If we cannot resolve your problem we will hapilly refund your money. We believe our customer service is paramount to our being successful. Since we are a service business, we hold our customers in very high regard., Our technicians have extensive experience with all phases of computer system support. From operating systems to peripheral equipment installation and troubleshooting.
