Last year we had some squirrels that suddenly became very interested in our attic. I called Birch Hill Critter Solutions and Bob showed up that afternoon. Within the week the problem was solved and the squirrels have not returned!

This company was very easy to work with. They discovered we had flying squirrels in our attic and were respectful when we said we did not want to kill them. They set up one-way traps in the locations where the squirrels got into our attic so after they left, they could not come back into the attic. The company waited a few weeks for all the squirrels to leave the attic before they removed these traps and closed the entry holes.
It sounds like the flying squirrels have returned to our attic a month later, which is why I took off a star on the review, but the company warned us of this because we did not kill them. Regardless, I am hoping with the warm weather ahead, the flying squirrels will find another place to stay.

Bob was very quick to respond to my need and prompt for the appointment. He inspected my entire house and I felt comfortable that his report was accurate. He answered all my questions. He treated the problem and will be available to come back if needed. I would recommend him and would use him again.
