This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a contractor. It took forever to get anything done and something as simple as getting a building permit he could not do. I got the permit in 30 minutes after going up to the county. Also he was unable to complete the project and did not even complete the work that I had already paid for. His brother had to take over and then I was not a priority. It took 7 months to build a garage. Don't use Robert, but his brother is OK.
