What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically within 7-10 days I can return a 'rough-cut' back to the client. If a project requires a faster turn around I can usually accommodate. After a rough cut is presented I discuss with the client any necessary changes before the project is finished.

I have worked with a wide range of clients from Musicians and Non-profit companies, to Small Business and YouTube Creators.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent Music Video Edit I have completed has seen over 150k views on YouTube. The client delivered footage and gave me complete control over the outcome of the project. From start to finish the project was received and uploaded onto YouTube within 10 days.
