This is a company that does what they say. They gave me a quick estimate which was more than fair and did the work in the time frame that they said it would be done. We needed total remediation in our basement. They were quick and neat. Everyone I spoke to from the salesperson to the office staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Each job is different so pricing will vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Cutomers call in stating what the issue at hand is. We then set up an appointment to come out and perform a complimentary inspection. If indeed mold is found or another concern, we right up a proposal stating what we believe needs to be done to remediate the problem and the cost. The proposal is sent to the customer usually via email. At that point, it is up to the customer whether or not they would like to go forward with the work.
