- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that some home repairs cost more than desired and this can make for a stressful situation as a homeowner. We want to make this process are stress-free as possible. This is why we offer financing through EnerBank by MoreHouse. Two options we offer are as follows: Option #1: 12-month, same-as-cash, no interest/no payment financing option -12 month period doesn’t start until the job is completed -Allows you to go to your bank and apply for a low interest, long-term payment plan -Full payment paid off by 12 months -Finance minimum Option #2: Five year or seven year plan with a 6.99% interest rate -6.99% is almost always lower than any other credit card interest rate
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer is made easy with our team’s excellent communication throughout. You’ll start by contacting us to schedule a free, no-obligation, in-home estimate. During the estimate you’ll meet with one of our System Design Specialists where you’ll learn why the issue is occurring and discuss customized repair options that best fit your home and your budget. From there you can schedule and complete your project. But don’t worry, we won’t leave you on your own after the project is completed! Our team will contact you annually to ensure the products installed are working properly and up to your standards. You’re also always welcome to call our office or your System Design Specialist with any questions or concerns you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from years of experience and learning on-site, our team attends frequent training courses at Basement Systems Inc. headquarters in Connecticut and Supportworks, Inc. in Nebraska. At these training sessions our team is coached by industry leading engineers and professionals.
